„The room was really stuffy and there’s no natural light. It’s okay if you just need a place to sleep, it’s clean. The toilet is busy, I think there was only one toilet for 4 rooms. Also, there was a little hiccup in my checkin where the host didn’t respond for a while.. I waited a while before I could checkin, hotels.com helped me to communicate. No aircon, only a fan. It’s ok if you aren’t picky “

„Die Lage war gut. Alles gut erreichbar. Das Zimmer könnte eine Renovation brauchen. Das Holz im Bad hat sich gelöst. Das Zimmer ist sehr hellhörig. Man hat das laute Geräusch des Fahrstuhls im Zimmer gehört, vorallem in der Nacht konnte man kein Auge schliessen. Das Fenster zum Hof war mit einer Folie beklebt und man konnte nicht raus sehen was nachdem man das Fenster geöffnet hat auch klar war weshalb. Schrecklicher hoher grauer Hof der gestunken hat und man das Fenster lieber geschlossen ...

„Im Zwei-Bett-Schlafzimmer ist eine große Fläche unter dem Fenster bedeckt mit alten und neuen, grünen Schimmelflecken. Auf Nachfrage bei der Vermieterin hat diese zuerst nicht geantwortet, dann eine Kollegin am Tag vor der Abreise - schlau! Sehr unangenehm. Desweiteren war für 4 Personen nicht genügend Geschirr in der Küche vorhanden- manche Sachen wie z. B. ein Sparschäler oder Geschirrhandtücher, Küchenrolle, ... gar nicht. Für diesen Preis hätte ich mehr erwartet.“

„Great location. Close to main sightseeing points. Supermarket and sympathetic bars on the streets around the building. Very spacious apartment. Pack foam earplugs because it is a very lively neighbourhood. Ventilators are great and rooms stayed cool enough. “

„What a fabulous treat. Alberto’s home was welcoming, chic, and everything it was promised to be. He was communicative, friendly, and an absolute lovely person. The beds were comfortable, the patio was fabulous (although, we wish the cushions were out on the chairs so we could spend more time there) only fault is we ran out of hot water when we both showered in the morning. (Although we are two ladies, so that may be an us problem) - I’ll be staying here next time in Madrid which will hopefully ...
