"Received an upgrade to a room one or two categories better, so was very happy with the suite I received. Generally, the hotel is great with a nice interior, especially in the lobby. The elevators are quite old and slow, I spent a long time waiting for them throughout my stay... Food at the restaurant was average and quite pricey for what you get. Gym had very limited options for training and sad that it closes at 9pm already. The roof bar would be interesting but was either closed or too crowded when I headed there... The location next to Gran Via is definitely amazing, couldn't ask for more."

Großes, gut ausgestattetes Zimmer, die beiden Dachterrassen mit Blick auf den Königspalast ein Traum, Fitness- und Yogaraum, tolles Frühstück mit persönliche Service, was will man mehr? Man kann viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichen, Metro, Bus, Bahnhof, Einkaufszentrum direkt vor der Tür und mehrere Parks, Madrid Rio gleich nebenan. Das Personal war super nett und hilfsbereit. Es gab auch vegane und glutenfreie Optionen zum Frühstück. Merkwürdig war nur, dass man eine Küche ohne Teller, Besteck und co hat, das hätte man gegen Gebühr ausleihen können. Dafür gab es aber auch andere tolle Sachen wie eine PlayStation im Ausleihangebot. "
