When we first got there we were given a room but asked would we like a room on the first floor close to the door. We said yes but wasn’t told that it was dogs on that floor right across from us. So we had to deal with a lot of barking. Then housekeeping did lousy jobs of cleaning the room to where I had to go and ask them for a broom and rag to clean the counter top. The day of cleaning they mop the floor but didn’t sweep the floor. Also one day a lady from the front desk came and knocked on my door to tell me that it’s no cooking allowed and it was food that I had bought from my auntie house and warmed it up in the microwave. Just accusing you for stuff and not even truly knowing. On top of they didn’t pick up trash every day.
