„Property is true to the listing!! Pretty, clean, spacious, stocked with linen and kitchen supplies! Walkable to the beach (basically on the beach 1 minute walk down the drive to the water) gorgeous bathrooms, incredible group seating with an outside fire pit and a great covered deck. There is also an incredible winery just 5 minutes away from the VRBO. We are already raving about how wonderful this listing is we are very thankful for the owner’s hospitality. “

„For our first trip to the Far North with our Aussie friends, having water views and a great location were key factors in selecting where to stay. As soon as we arrived, we knew we'd made the right decision. The bach has a charm of its own with its mismatched crockery, glasses, and comfortable couches, and reminded me of childhood summers spent in New Zealand. „Hello, everything was really good, well described, easy to find, good amnesties - we loved the place a lot. We we did not like at all was the security camera in the kitchen, dining and lounge. The camera lights were sometimes on - that’s how we spotted it. That is not compliant with NZ laws - the owner did not inform about it. There is no written hint, not on bookabatch, not in the description in the house, not mentioned by the owner verbally. Please be aware of it. Cheers, Volker“

„My husband and I stayed at this home for 3 nights in February 2023. Everything about the stay was perfect. The home is positioned on a corner next to a quiet boat launch which made for easy access to the beach (which was beautiful - we swam every day!). The features of the home created an outdoor living space with their big windows and retractable sunshades. The kitchen was big enough to host many guests with the many seating options and large prep spaces. We will definitely stay here again when ...
