The space
Newly renovated kitchen and bathroom, one bedroom with a queen bed. Futon in family room as well as a fold out chair/twin bed. Private entrance with direct access to the waterfront where you will find a brand new dock to launch your paddleboard‘s or kayaks. Kayak rack spots available and fire pit for roasting marshmallows and watching the boats go by.
Other things to note
Please bring your own linens, towels (including beach towels if heading to the beach) bath essentials and keurig pods. Both beds are full size, standard size pillows. Twin fitted sheet will not fit on fold out twin chair, Most people use a flat sheet.
