Top gepflegtes Hotel in Nähe der White Mountain!!
Wir haben unsere Zweit in diesem wunderbaren und liebevoll gepflegten B&B absolut genossen. Das Zimmer ist absolut sauber und das Bad neu. Die Besitzer sind sehr nett und Brian ist extrem lustig!! :) Das Frühstück ist ebenfalls mit Liebe zubereitet und die Tipps für Unternehmungen waren perfekt!! Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!!

Sehr gut, würde noch mal hinfahren. Sehr sauber , schöne Athmosphäre. Leider direkt an einer Staße gelegen. Da Nebenstraße, hielt sich der Lärm in Grenzen.

Wunderschönes B+B mit unglaublich netten Gastgebern. Das Haus ist wunderschön restauriert, die Zimmer riesengroß und super ausgestattet. Wir haben es sehr bereut, dass wir hier nur eine Nacht auf der Durchreise verbringen konnten...

Beautiful B and B with amazing breakfast
Our host was incredibly friendly and the breakfast was marvelous. A wonderful place! Only small gripe - it is a very old house and the walls and ceiling are completely transparent to sounds… so can be a bit noisy depending on who is your neighbor.

The innkeeper was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and breakfast was good. Our room was on a very noisy road on the outskirts of town and needs updating. There are steep stairs leading up to the inn, then more stairs required to get to the rooms. They're not safe if you're carrying heavy luggage or have an injury or disability impacting your ability to use stairs.

A Warm Welcome
My wife and I would recommend the Ballard House to anyone. The facilities were spotless, and our hostess made us feel welcome from the first minute we arrived. The room in which we stayed was on the small side, but adequate for our needs. The common areas of the house are large and comfortable. Complimentary beverages, both hot and cold, were available 24/7. The breakfasts were amazing! They began with fresh fruit and proceeded to the main course, with whatever juices and hot beverages you might desire. Our first morning we had a stack of pancakes; the second a nice omelet. Alternatives/additional items like cereal, toast, etc, were available also. The wrap-around porch ends with a large deck in the back, with picture-worthy views of the lake and the surrounding hills.

The host was very gracious; offered us a tour when we arrived and complimentary drinks. The porch out back was beautiful and relaxing. Our room was very comfortable and the homemade breakfast in the morning was fantastic!

Bernadette and her staff run a first class B&B. The house is beautiful. Clean, well maintained with all the amenities. Her breakfast alone is worth the price.

This lovely old house serves as a B&B. Our room was very small, but we had a comfortable bed and our own bathroom. For one night that's all we needed. Sadly, we missed the breakfast which sounded yummy because we had to leave before the breakfast service began. They kindly left us some slices of blueberry bread and we made our own coffee in the morning to serve as breakfast. There was an excellent service bar for visitors offering complementary soft and hard drinks, ice, and ice water, coffee, tea, and wine. I would return when I need a room after a concert in the area.

A hidden gem!
Amazing stay at a beautiful place. Bernadette is a very gracious host. Breakfast was delicious and great coffee. The wrap around porch and views were a great way to end our day. Comfy beds and truly the softest sheets. We loved all the finishes in this 1700s home! We will be back

We loved our visit to The Ballard House. Very comfy and cozy with a gorgeous view of the mountains and sunsets from the back porches. Very close to all the restaurants, Weirs Beach, and Lake Winnepesaukee. Plus Bernadette makes some delicious breakfasts! We will definitely be return customers.

Hi William, just curious about your comment. There wasn't anyone else in my Inn when you stayed here. You were on the first floor? There is only one room on the first floor and no one next to you. I would love to hear your response. This seems strange to me.

Bernadette and the crew have done a lovely job! We travel quite a bit and are always looking for comfortable low key places to go for a weekend. Meredith, NH is lovely and this inn is perfect, right now the road from the lake and the marketplace. Will absolutely be back!

The stay was short and sweet.. Bernadette was very a gracious host and so were the rest of the staff. Breakfast was AMAZING !! Sipping a cup of tea outside overlooking the views was the highlight of our stay.
