Step inside and you’ll find a bright, welcoming interior designed for comfort and simplicity. Two private bedrooms with queen beds are located on the main floor, offering peaceful nights and privacy. Upstairs, an open loft provides flexible sleeping space with a twin mattress and an additional setup made from two twin mattresses placed together. Please note: loft beds are mattresses (not traditional bed frames), making this space best suited for kids or flexible arrangements.

The living space flows naturally outdoors, inviting you to spend as much time outside as in. Just beyond the door, a stone patio with picnic table and grill sets the scene for lakeside meals, afternoon snacks, or evenings spent unwinding after a day on the water. A short walk brings you to the shared sandy beach, where swimming, sunbathing, and slow afternoons by the lake become part of your routine. Two inflatable paddleboards are available for guests who want to explore the shoreline and soak in the views from the water.

This cottage is ideal for families and small groups looking to experience the Lakes Region in a relaxed, authentic way. Spend your days paddling, swimming, or exploring downtown Meredith just minutes away. In the evenings, return to the calm of the neighborhood, enjoy dinner outdoors, and watch the light change over the lake.

House Rules

No smoking inside the home. If smoking outdoors, please fully extinguish and properly dispose of materials.
No fires or fireworks are permitted by renters per the association rental agreement.
Waterfront is shared. Please keep it clean and tidy for others. Store water toys and personal items back at the house after use.
Parking: 2 designated spots on the far right side of the driveway.
Good Neighbor Agreement: All guests must review and sign the Good Neighbor agreement as part of the rental.
General Guidelines
No parties or large gatherings.
Only registered guests are allowed on the property.
Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM.
Treat the home with respect and leave it as you found it.
Report any damages or issues promptly.
Follow all posted instructions for trash, recycling, and check-out.
