„Bersih“

„Dreckige ungepflegt Zimmer und schlechtes Frühstück. Preis und Aussicht waren gut das war es leider aber auch schon.“

„Gepflegtes sauberes Hotel. Auch alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr motiviert und hilfsbereit.“

„The room was very nice. The balcony had no furniture, so you could not sit there.“

„Unfortunately the room was not very clean and the condition was poor. Cracks in walls, tiles missing in the bathroom, loose tap, damaged flooring. „Toller Pool, gigantisches Frühstück. Etwas abgelegen, Auto oder Taxi sind sinnvoll.“

„This is classified as a 4 star property and it has the amenities but not the maintenance. Our kitchenette had cockroaches through it, the bathroom was very mouldy with poor ventilation and it smelt terrible. I could see this being a 4 star when it first opened but I wouldn’t say it is now. Beware also poor communication from this hotel. The staff seemed nice enough in person but even Expedia couldn’t get through to them in the phone when I asked for help to confirm whether reception closed  ...
