Very interesting and clever layout - the bedrooms are all unique and we had a good time deciding who got which room. Each one is nice! As nice as that was, it failed to compare to the amazing back area! There is a large, comfy area with cozy couches and a large dining room space - that whole half of the house has an incredible view of Lake Providence. „There were 4 adults with our group. One couple and 2 single adults with 2 dogs. There was one bedrooms with a 1 king and the other 2 bedrooms each had a queen bed. The bedroom arrangement was very much appreciated. The yard was fenced which was helpful with the 2 dogs. And the Keurig for coffee was great. The house totally suited our group and the owner was very responsive.“

It would’ve been nice with more transparency with regard to pricing breakdown details. If the property can sleep 12 and we had 10 people including three children, why were there charges for extra guests?“
