The home features a private king bedroom for restful nights, plus a loft bedroom with a queen bed and sofa bed—ideal for kids, friends, or extra guests. Each space is simple, comfortable, and designed for a good night’s sleep after a day outdoors.

The home includes two full bathrooms for added convenience—one with a walk-in shower and all essentials, and a second with a bathtub for a relaxing soak after a day outdoors.

Laundry
A dedicated laundry area with a washer and dryer is available, making it easy to stay fresh during longer visits or outdoor adventures.

Step outside and the cabin really opens up. Enjoy a screened porch for bug-free mornings and a second porch with seating for quiet coffee or evening chats. The backyard brings it all together with a fire pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs, a grill for easy cookouts, and a hot tub tucked into nature for peaceful nights under the sky.

Guest have access to the entire home during their stay.

A quaint café known for delicious breakfast and lunch options. A great place to stop for a casual bite.

Explore one of Georgia’s most scenic state parks with hiking, picnicking, and stunning views.

Most cars can easily access the home and nearby areas. There is no public transportation, so bringing your own vehicle or renting one is preferred.

➤ Exceeding maximum occupancy is not permitted.
➤ No third-party bookings (must book under your own account).
➤ No parties, events, smoking, vaping, marijuana use, or open flames (candles, incense, sage).
➤ Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. Please keep noise to a minimum.
➤ No pets are allowed.
➤ Wood for the Fire pit is not provided. Please bring your own supplies.

1. Guests acknowledge that they will keep their noise level to a minimum after 10:00 pm; sound will travel through the walls if too loud.

2. No parties or events allowed.

3. Guest must provide us with a valid working phone number & guests listed on the reservation must report to us within 2 hours from the time of arrival if anything in regards to cleanliness does not meet their standards so we can help address the situation as soon as possible.

4. NO SMOKING or use of fire permitted in the rental; guest acknowledges that no `smoking` includes the use of vape pens and marijuana and `use of fire` includes the lighting of candles, incense, or sage. There will be a $200 charge per day of reservation if this rule is not followed.

5. There can not be any more than the allowed number of guests in or on the property at any one time, violation could lead to the immediate removal of all guests without a refund.

6. Late check-out fee of $50 (if not authorized) applies for check-outs after 10:00 am. We`re sorry we have to charge this but we pay our housekeepers based on the agreed-upon checkout time and if they are unable to clean we still have to pay them.

7. As part of our commitment to maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, we require a midterm cleaning for reservations lasting 30 days or longer. The midterm cleaning will take place on the 15th day of your reservation. This cleaning is mandatory and is designed to ensure the continued cleanliness and hygiene of the property.

8. The cleaning fee for the mandatory mid-stay clean will be requested via the resolution center.

9. No pets are allowed.

10. Excessively dirty units will incur an additional cleaning fee and will be evidenced with photos.

11. For your security and protection the property is equipped with an exterior camera.

12. Guests who fail to arrive for their reservation, for any reason, will be considered no-shows. No-shows are non-refundable, and no credits, reschedules, or exceptions will be provided under any circumstances.

13. Please remember to take all of your belongings with you upon checkout. Any items left behind will incur a $50 Mailing fee (separate from the cost of postage). We will do our best to send your items back to you within a week.

14. If not following any of our rules forces us to refund or discount an upcoming or existing guest you will be liable for the costs.

15. If you were a previous/current guest and did not respect our house rules and our property, we have the right to decline your next reservation.
