Compared to its price, the hostel is pretty good! But:
1.) If you go there by car, you will most likely freak out. It too me 3 days to figure out the best (or only workable) way out and in.
The only possible parking space was much futher away than described and was also only accessible on way, which means you have to go around several blocks to access it. And then you need to be lucky to find a free spot!
2.) Breakfast was only 3 €, so don't expect much. The same crunchy toasted baguette with jam OR cheese every morning. The coffee is ok. Juice is just chlorinated tap water with fruit flavour.
3.) Cigarette smoke every day! I woke up at 7 to the smell of cigarettes every day. I guess it was those building workers who also resided there. They don't seem to care about smoke bans in the entire hostel.
4.) Noise. Walls are, typically though, thin as cardboard. So if you have neighbors you will hear every word they (or their TV) say.
5.) The bed was really hard and I had to move it away from the wall since it shaked with every move and hit the wall with a banging noise.
I would still give it 3 out of 5 just for its low cost and it's located close to the port with its restaurants and all. And it's ok to have a breakfast for 3€. Just know what to expect for 23€ a night, then it's ok.
