Charming Midtown Cottage in Historic Neighborhood with Pool

Our guest cottage is located behind our home in a unique historic neighborhood adjacent to Rhodes College and Overton Park/ Zoo. Off-street, covered parking with additional security of an automatic iron gate is provided. We have a large gunite pool that is open in the summer months. Our cottage is equipped with a full kitchen featuring custom cabinets and new appliances. Customary laundry services are provided for sheets and towels weekly. Laundry drop-off/pick-up options are nearby with reasonable rates. Running or walking trails are near (Overton Park/ Greenline) for those who enjoy outdoor fitness activities: pharmacies, grocery stores, eclectic gift shops, art galleries, museums, and multiple restaurants fill the mid-town scene. Memphis loves music! You can explore historic landmarks like Sun Studio, Graceland, and Stax... or check out live music at The Overton Park Shell or Lafayette's Music Room. There is a movie theater in nearby Overton Square, as well as several venues for plays. Memphis has a variety of great restaurants. We can suggest our favorites, including our favorite places for Memphis BBQ... but BBQ gets pretty personal here. The Memphis Medical Center is nearby, including St. Jude Children's Research Hospital (which provides free tours with reservations). We love our neighborhood and hope that we can fit your specifc travel needs!
