I am sorry to hear this. We have a gated lot and security after hours. We normally do not have anything like this happen. I know crime is up do to the holidays and we do what we can to prevent it. This is unfortunate and I know you filed a police report. I would be happy to learn any new information of this crime.

I am sorry to hear of your experience. We follow a clean and safe program where rooms are cleaned by a certified employee and inspected by a manager before renting. There was obviously a mistake on our part and we would definitely have tried to accommodate you in any way possible. We have an after hours line available when the office is closed so someone is always there to assist. This is a pretty high industrial area, hopefully what you heard could have resembled gunshots. Anything you need during you stay can be requested and we will do our very best to get you what you need. I am sorry for the police activity, our hotel is normally very quiet. We take extra steps to ensure safety including gated with night security. We would love to have an open office window however were required to install for safety.
