„Property is very tranquil and has a relaxing atmosphere, which is very nice. We stayed there as it was close to all the places we needed to go. Service was very friendly but not as efficient as expected in a hotel of that category. E.g. coffee, bath salt, shower caps or water was nit refilled, you had to ask for it when needed. Food is good but choices are limited. “

Also one team member who although was just finishing his night shift, patiently kept the lift doors open while I finished my conversation with his colleague a reception. Great customer service!“

„aufenthalt is nicht so gut man hat keine kleine sache fur mit zu nehmen ins zimmer beispiel chocolade oder chips und weiter, der pool da kannst du nicht in schwimmen gehen ist immer eine slauch im wasser, das abend essen durfte mal ausgewechselt werden, und die zimmer sin immer laut nicht von der fluggesellschaft aber von der gasten die bis morgens fruh laut, sind und das fernzenh immer an haben“
