Leider ist das Hotel stark in die Jahre gekommen und wahnsinnig abgewohnt. Die Möbel sind tlw. stark beschädigt. Das Zimmer wurde erst nach telefonischer nachfrage am frühen Abend gereinigt. Unsere Badetücher rochen nach rauch. Wir würden dieses Hotel nicht nochmal buchen.

The spa was completely dirty from the Silvester party in the evening but i want to go to the spa at 6 PM. This hotel has no sauna, they has a steamer. In the upgrade room we get was still water in the water heater from the previous gest. the Parking is at Wilson and you pay 20$ tehere, i was surprised i ask the concierge from the Radisson they charge 35$. The Personal is really friendly and try the best for you. but i was surprised from the spa so used......

Unforgettable Stay at Radisson on Flagstaff Garden
Our recent stay at the Radisson on Flagstaff Gardens Melbourne was simply outstanding. The location of this hotel is simply unbeatable, situated just a stone's throw away from the beautiful Flagstaff Gardens, and within walking distance to many of Melbourne's top attractions. The surrounding area is peaceful and serene, allowing for a truly relaxing and rejuvenating stay. The rooms at the Radisson on Flagstaff Gardens Melbourne are spacious, with every amenity and convenience one could ask for. But what truly sets this hotel apart is the exceptional level of service provided by the staff. We were surprised to receive this level of service by a staff member that indeed was from Kosovo. Mirisha Bowler was one of the best hotel staff we’ve ever met. She went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. She was friendly, helpful, and attentive. I cannot speak highly enough of the level of service we received during our stay from her. It was first time we encountered someone from Kosovo in a hotel staff, we were impressed. In summary, we would highly recommend the Radisson on Flagstaff Gardens Melbourne to anyone looking for a comfortable, and convenient place to stay in Melbourne. The location, amenities, and service are simply unbeatable, and we look forward to returning on our next visit to this beautiful city.

Toller Service mit außerordentlich freundlichem Personal. Uns ging es hier rundum gut! Direkt am Queen Victoria Market gelegen eröffnen sich viele Frühstücksmöglichkeiten und in die City kann man bequem zu Fuß oder mit der kostenlosen Tram fahren. Im Park kann man Sport machen oder spazieren und als Start für eine längere Joggingrunde nach Norden liegt es ebenfalls sehr günstig...

My bed was so smiley everything on bed was horrible smell like someone slept in the bed for a month it was so bad I could sleep contacted front day some came and changed but stink was still horrible one day they just came up and sprayed the bed was even worse like pesticides Bathroom sink was cracked Carpet was so dirty my new slippers were solid black on bottom After a couple of weeks they moved my room not much better I was there for about 20 days than could take it for the last three day I they made me pay for one more night ripe off I would go out every morning and come back at about 1:30 and room was never cleaned i would have to wait in hall Hotel was very old and showed it Worst hotel I ever stayed in Staff on front desk were not helpful at all

Very nice corner room on the second floor. Queen Victoria Market ( a must see) only a 2 minute walk away, very walkable location. Wonderful staff. Only negative was that our rental car was broken into while parked at the recommended off site lot. The front desk staff and MOD were very caring and helpful assisting us through the process. A bit dated. The shower water seeped under the glass all over the floor which was a slipping hazard not to mention messy. Went to have a coffee and there were no coffee mugs available so we had it in a glass. However, every staff member I had contact with was extremely pleasant. Super friendly. Hotel just needs a little update.

Although I arrived early, I was able to check in straight away and was upgraded to a very nice room on the 9th floor. It was clean and spacious with a very comfortable king size bed. Breakfast was very good, with a choice of made to order eggs, but I found the dinner options were fairly limited so didn't eat in the restaurant.
