While the property is fully private, you will have access to the entire home. Guests are kindly asked to respect the spaces designated for the host’s personal use, which may include certain storage areas or locked closets. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions about specific areas during your stay!

Pet fee (will be requested to pay after booking):

1-7 days: $25 a day
7+ days: $200 total

The safety and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive process of cleaning after each check-out.

The boat lift, jet-ski lift, and dock are handled as separate use. The jet skis are available for rent, dock fee will be added, if bringing your personal watercraft.

No smoking in the home - $1000 fine for smoke smell.

Please pick up after your pet friend, we left you some doggy bags :)
