Sehr neues Hotel, ich habe es ausgewählt da ich ein paar Tage nach Cape Canaveral und Cocoa Beach wollte und habe es nicht bereut. Mit dem Auto ist alles in gut 20-25min erreichbar. Das ganze Hotel sowie die Zimmer sind sehr modern und ich kann es sehr empfehlen, da es auch noch preisgünstig ist. Frühstück nichts besonderes, aber es macht satt.

Einfaches Check-in, freundliches Personal. Das Zimmer war sauber mit grossem Bett und grosser Dusche. Wir fanden es schade, dass es beim Frühstück nur Plastik-Geschirr gab.

Did not like that there was no couch and no closet. Stayed 3 nights and one day they did not clean room. Had to let front desk know. Did not have ‘wake up call’ on phone. The alarm clock did not work. Will not stay at Avid again.

Finalmente un hotel degno di questo nome.
Nel nostro soggiorno in USA abbiamo cambiato 4 hotel e questo è stato il migliore. Abbiamo anche allungato di un giorno la permanenza senza andare in un altro hotel vicino a DisneyWorld, preferendo fare 130 miglia andata e ritorno perchè ci ereâvamo trovati molto bene. E' nuovo, funzionale, pulito e soprattutto non puzza come tutti gli altri perchè non ha la moquette nei pavimenti. La colazione è varia con tutto quello che si puo' desiderare e le macchine del caffè e il tè o la camomilla sono sempre disponibili giorno e notte. Il parcheggio esterno è ampio e gratuito. Sicuramente quando tornero' negli USA cerchero' di prenotare hotel di questa società.

Overall good stay; beware of pet friendly policy
Warm greeting on arrival. The exterior grounds were neat, well landscaped and parking was good. Lobby was bright, modern and very clean. Our room was small but perfect for our overnight stay. The space was well designed and there was room for our small bag, hanging space and excellent lighting. Our only criticism was the shower water was not very hot and one of the bed pillows had a distinct dog odor. I understand the hotel is pet friendly but if a guest with a pet has used the room I would suggest removing the pillows for cleaning and replacing them with fresh pillows for the next guest.

Wonderful experience!
I love this hotel! I love the clean, sleek, modern, minimal, decor! I love the fact that my room has NO CARPET! I love the Dove toiletries in the bathroom! The two young ladies who checked us in were wonderful! They were so nice and friendly!

Very clean. Spartan. Utilitarian. This no frills lodging appears to have been built for ease of cleaning and super fast daily room care. The facility feels like a low cost alternative to standard motel chains. The problem is that the room rates are not low cost. No bargain here.
