„Schöner Pool mit viele Liegemöglichkeiten, das Buffet beim Frühstück war sehr groß und es gab extrem viele verschiedenen Speisen, das war sehr gut. Das Hotel ist modern und sehr zu empfehlen. “
„The room was very clean and well maintained. The staff was immaculate, bending over backwards to make our stay comfortable. The breakfast variety was excellent with western and Chinese cuisine. It’s a little far from the downtown river walk, however if you look for peace and quiet, this is a wonderful place for you to relax and unwind. Well recommended from a traveler from Dallas, TX.“
„The front desk person was very polite but very unhelpful. We booked 6 rooms and one of the rooms didn’t have windows. Since the hotel was very vacant, I asked if we could just have a room with windows. It was a no, and the $40 extra on card reader didn’t work. I went back and forth 4-5 times before it finally worked after he kept badgering to pay even thought it was his own card reader.
The man directing traffic was very nice.
Breakfast was ok. There was a wide selection.
Overall, much ...
„This is a truly beautiful resort! The staff are incredibly professional and accommodating. During our stay, one of the travelers in our group who uses a wheelchair unfortunately injured himself in the shower. The way the management and staff handled the entire situation was exceptionally professional in every respect. We felt very well cared for and highly recommend this hotel.“
„Die Hotel und Rezeptionsmitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Buffett auf dem Dachrestaurant war sehr gut. Der swimming pool war sauber und gross.“
