„Fantastic place with excellent service. The considerate service is fantastic - they are extremely helpful. The chalets themselves are great - clean, comfortable, great amenities. Shuttle serice operated by the hotel takes you anywhere and picks you up within 15 mins. They have a partnership with the ski shop on the slopes where you have a VIP separate room, lockers, and outstanding service. One word of advice - the pool (indoor plus outdoor) is heated, but it’s not jacuzzi-temperature. Overall ...

„the room we had wasn't the level expected for that price. The door to the balcony didn't close properly -> there was always a draft. Breakfast cost extra. at the bar it took about a hour to order a couple of beers and a cup of tea (evening, about eight o' clock). the staff was really great.“

„Sejour satisfaisant. Meme si le logement est vieillot le couchage est confortable. Il y a le strict minimum, un grille pain et une cafetiere. Il n y avait pas de chauffage collectif donc un radiateur m a ete amené dans l heure . Il est indiqué logement non fumeur mais je pense que certains locataires n ont pas tenu compte de la directive. Toutes mes affaires sentent! “
