It is located on a fenced and well-kept garden, very suitable for families with children and pets. The location is very quiet and there is no traffic. It offers a free charging station for your electric cars.

Wellness & Spa villa has a beautiful heated and covered salt water pool for guests who want to enjoy swimming and relaxation with a view of the surrounding nature and pleasant freshness. Our pool is ideal for swimming, relaxing and enjoying the beautiful surroundings.

The beautiful sundeck overlooking the surrounding nature is the perfect place to relax and enjoy a warm sunny day. Our sundeck has comfortable loungers that provide you with the ideal way to relax and enjoy the fresh air.

For the young and the youngest, there are also facilities for children, a trampoline and table tennis. They will make their time fulfilled and you will enjoy your imagination.
On the ground floor of the villa there is a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen and a dining table. From there you can see the pool and the terrace with a large table, gas grill and sun loungers. There are three bedrooms with private bathrooms and a view of the pool and nature, an additional toilet, laundry room and storage room.

On the second floor is the special feature of Villa Stella – a 70m2 penthouse apartment with a large and covered terrace, kitchen and living room, bedroom with bathroom, sauna with additional bathroom, jacuzzi on the terrace and furniture. The terrace offers a beautiful open view of the sea, olive trees and nature.
In our penthouse we have a unique offer of saunas for our guests who want to experience traditional methods of relaxation and detoxification. In the Finnish sauna you can relax in a dry, hot atmosphere while your body is cleansed and refreshed, while the infrared sauna uses infrared rays that penetrate directly into the body and is ideal for those who cannot tolerate high temperatures. There is also a jacuzzi, where you will enjoy a body massage while enjoying the view of the sea and nature, listening to the chirping of birds and the sound of crickets, waiting for the sunset, and after all that you will take a shower with cold - warm water, which further enhances the relaxing experience. Our guests can reach Medulin (sandy beach, entertainment, catering offer, shops...), Pomer (restaurants with excellent cuisine, beaches, marina...), Premantura (Kamenjak Nature Park with beautiful beaches, open and clear sea, beach bars) in just a few minutes..... The proximity of the highway and local roads allows for quick access to Pula, Rovinj, Poreč, Brijuni National Park, central Istria.....

The special features of our region are the wine roads and olive oil roads. There is a farm nearby and you can enjoy local fruits and vegetables. Our fishermen provide you with fresh fish every day, and by visiting agritourisms you can enjoy local food.

Cycling trails right next to the house, quad biking, windsurfing and horseback riding will make your stay in nature adventurous.

Don't miss visiting our phenomena, fortresses and quarries. We definitely recommend the Amphitheatre, the Cave Romane and there is also the Stoja Fortress with a view of the Pula Bay and Italy. The Pula Tunnels, the Castle and the Archaeological Museum are definitely worth visiting.

A favorite place for golfers is the Brijuni National Park, which can be reached by boat from the small fishing town of Fažana. An unforgettable experience will be provided by various animals, riding electric vehicles and bicycles and sightseeing of natural and man-made beauties. The museum of Josip Broz Tito and the ex-Yugoslavia is of particular importance.
