This two-story brand new Modern home has two gorgeous bedrooms with comfortable king mattresses and pillows, plus luxury beddings for long nights of blissful sleep. Both bedrooms are on the 2nd floor. All bedrooms have ceiling fans, workstations and flat-screen smart TVs.

☀ BATHROOMS
There are 2 bathrooms spread throughout the home to make it easy for guests on both levels to unwind from a busy day. The bathrooms are both walk-ins showers with shower wands, expansive vanities with ample storage, and high-quality towels.

☀ KITCHEN & LIVING ROOM
Beautiful polished concrete floors, high ceilings. Wake up in the morning to the smell of freshly brewed coffee, use the oven or microwave to make a homemade breakfast, and sit down at the bar to discuss your plans for the day. The open-concept layout allows multiple guests to use the space without feeling cramped or crowded.

The custom cabinets and full-size refrigerator provide plenty of space to store your family’s favorite groceries. Take advantage of the many handy appliances like toaster, blender, Keurig coffee maker and other kitchen gadgets, while a large sink and a whisper-quiet dishwasher make cleaning up a breeze.

The living room with it huge two large windows looking at the mountains is designed to bring everyone together with its modern decor, and comfortable couch in front of the 65 inch flat-screen TV.

☀ HOT TUB/POOL
Another amazing feature of this home is the completely private and heated indoor hot tub/pool. It’s only 3 feet deep so no diving or jumping.

☀ SAUNA
This home also has a private indoor sauna for your enjoyment.
Guest access
Guests will have private access to the entire property to include the hot tub/pool and sauna. There is reliable high-speed internet throughout the entire property. Streaming services are available on all of the flat-screen TVs.

Parking is available in front of the house with up to 2 cars.

A keypad is located at the front door for a simple keyless entry. The entry code will be provided to you 48 hours before your arrival. The code is changed after every guest.

Please note there is a Arlo security camera located at the front of the house facing the parking and the front entrance for your security. There are no cameras inside the property.

Other things to note
☀ You must be 21+ to book.
☀ The person that made the reservation needs to be present at the property for the duration of the reservation.
☀ No parties are allowed.
☀ No smoking is allowed in the interior of the property, including the hot tub/pool area. Smoking is only allowed outside of the property and all porches and patio.
☀ Failure to abide by house rules will result in additional fees being applied. Evidence of of any of the rules being broken can result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation.

☀ NUMBER OF GUESTS
This house is designed for 4 adults. But we do have a maximum of 5 guest occupancy. Please no sleeping on the couch.

☀ REFUNDS
We will enforce our cancellation policy agreed upon in the booking platform and STRONGLY encourage purchasing traveler insurance. We do not refund for weather, weather related issues or natural disasters.
