The Carriage House was built in 1911 and, though greatly cared for, shows its age in some places. It sits adjacent to the historic Hillcrest Orchard estate on the outskirts of Medford. A rural feel but close to many amenities. RoxyAnn Winery is a stones through away located right next door. Approximately 10 miles to the Britt Festival Pavilion and 14 miles to the Oregon Shakespeare Festival in Ashland. Crater Lake is only a 1 1/2 hour drive. We are the perfect halfway point between Seattle and the Bay Area Other things to note The Carriage House has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and a large kitchen/dining area. Television channels are over the air broadcast networks (no cable). There is a DVD player. There is a neighboring orchard, vineyard, and winery/tasting room. Workers may begin early.
The neighboring winery/tasting room usually has live music on Friday nights.
