The Space:
Our loft-style apartments are designed to blend comfort, modern elegance, and local charm. Each unit features a private indoor jacuzzi, perfect for unwinding after a day in the city. You'll also have a fully equipped kitchen so you can prepare your own meals or enjoy a quiet breakfast in your space.

The interiors are warm and thoughtfully decorated, with air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a Smart TV to make you feel right at home. Some of the units also offer balconies with views of the neighborhood.

On the ground floor, you’ll find our All Day Café, where we serve a complimentary breakfast every morning from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. You can choose from three traditional Colombian dishes that showcase the flavors of our country — a great way to start your day.

Our location also features a great selection of dining options and a charming spot for afternoon drinks, along with a small coworking area that will make your visit a memorable experience.

In order to access the building it is necessary to register with the following information:
- Names of each guest
- ID number of each guest (Passport#, Drivers License#, etc.)
- Estimated time of arrival
-This property does not currently have hot water. However, the shower has good water pressure and the temperature is comfortable for the local climate. Many guests find it refreshing and perfectly suitable for their stay.

Visits are not allowed
Please note that the café on the ground floor is currently undergoing renovations. Some noise may be heard between 7:30 AM and 5:00 PM. We appreciate your understanding as we work to improve the space for future guests.
