I booked the best room here for my solo birthday trip.Valeria checked me in and she was great.
While I was out she reached out asking to borrow the blow dryer. No problem.
I returned realizing I lost my key. Now an older gentleman's at the front desk. I told him I lost my key. He told me I'd have to wait til morning. I insisted there was something they can do. I told him Valeria went in my room while I was out so if staff was able to enter for a blow dryer then they can get me into my room!
He eventually took the handle off of my door and used a master key to let me in. They never repaired the handle, it stayed that way thru out my stay. Hanging
I wanted to be soaking in a bubble bath when my birthday came in.
The water flowed so slowly and was only warm, so the tubs basin would turn it cold. I ended up filling all the pots with water, boiling then dumping it into the tub. After 15xs, I was able to fill the water just above the jets, then realized the jets didn't work! Shower no light, no washcloths, hard bed. They're breakfast not good, only 3 choices. The location is not so good. There's more hotel's in a better area, 10 min walk. Final day as I'm leaving, staff came behind me saying they had to ckeck the room before I left. I went back inside and she(not V) locked me in! She returned saying I owed for 2 keys and checking out late. I disagreed but she refused to let me leave. I was forced to pay under duress. Disputing with CC company. HORRIBLE!!!
