You will stay on the top floor of an 8-story residential building with separate access. The elevator (maximum capacity 5 people) goes up to the 7th floor; access to the top floor is via stairs.

A 15-minute walk will take you to the 70 or the Estadio and Floresta metro stations. You will have easy access to public transportation and supermarkets in front of the building.
