• Kitchen does not have an oven, but is equipped with stove, microwave, and essentials for basic cooking.
• TV has internet streaming only; no traditional cable channels.
• Washer is available; no dryer, but there is a drying rack.
• Quiet hours from 11 PM to 7 AM per building rules.
• Starter pack of toiletries provided; if you run out, there’s a corner store just half a block away with very low prices.
• Parking fits one small vehicle only.
• Building has stairs; apartment is located on the first floor.
