The Space

• Bedroom 2: Two bunk beds, sleeps 4 guests.
• Bedroom 3: One bunk bed, sleeps 2 guests.
• Bathrooms: Two full bathrooms in total, including the master en suite.

Guest Access

Guests have full access to the apartment, garage parking, and all amenities during their stay. Check-in is simple and secure.

Neighborhood

El Poblado is Medellín’s most sought-after neighborhood—safe, vibrant, and full of energy. You’ll be within walking distance of trendy restaurants, lively bars, boutique shops, and green parks.

You have access to everything.

I’ll be available to assist you during your stay and can interact as much or as little as you prefer. My goal is for you to have the best possible experience with total comfort and privacy.

• A/C is only available in the master bedroom; other bedrooms have fans.
• Kitchen does not have an oven, but is equipped with stove, microwave, and essentials for basic cooking.
• TV has internet streaming only; no traditional cable channels.
• Washer is available; no dryer, but there is a drying rack.
• Quiet hours from 11 PM to 7 AM per building rules.
• Starter pack of toiletries provided; if you run out, there’s a corner store just half a block away with very low prices.
• Parking fits one small vehicle only.
• Building has stairs; apartment is located on the first floor.
