Modern building in the best neighborhood, Laureles-Medellín. This loft is ready to fulfill all your needs, having a queeen bed, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, hangers, iron, among other amenities that you will love.

Our rooftop terrace is currently undergoing renovations to make it even better for future stays. While we work on these improvements, the terrace will not be accessible. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait for you to enjoy the upgraded space soon!

Laureles is the main touristic district of Medellin and with its great restaurants, shops and cafes is the perfect place to begin your Colombian adventure, you won't regret it.

We recommend using UBER to move around.

In order to access the building it is necessary to register with the following information:
- Names of each guest
- ID number of each guest (Passport#, Drivers License#, etc.)
- Estimated time of arrival
