Did not feel comfortable due to some cleanliness issues, the clientel of the hotel, and the doors not being noise insulated. Not recommended for families with children or couples looking for a romantic stay. Management was not responsive to feedback: when we told them there was hair in various parts of the room, it was not addressed, and when we shared additional feedback they did not respond.

Great place overall, beds were comfortable, staff was very nice. Just a bit disappointed that they wanted to charge us for extra towels. Breakfast was so so, but plently of nice places to eat around.

The haven hotel is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in in Medellin, the service is terrible, the rooms are small, uncomfortable, you have to keep asking them to make your room all the time, they forget to put a towel, they charge you if you ask for extra towels, it's ridiculous, and the roof toop has The worst view of Medellin for me does not have a star apart from the staff being arrogant.

Great location, nice room, clean, great rooftop pool and bar. The only drawback in this area is that the sex tourism is kind of apparent and gives kind of an icky feel. Occasionally was a bit noisy at night because of this. Im sure the same could be said about any big hotel in the area but Haven itself did nothing wrong and was a very nice convenient hotel

Perfect location, nice rooftop with swimming pool, good breakfast. Cons: only one elevator for an 11 floor building is not sufficient. Too many reservations on the rooftop for party’s. So every day half of the rooftop was not available for the regular guests

Amazing staff, funky hotel and perfect location. The room we reserved was spacious with a small couch area. The decor and lighting are very cool. The bathroom was very comfortable and great showerhead yet hard to maintain right tempature. The bed was so comfortable that it was dangerous to lay on it during day because you’d have issues not wanting to take a nap. Was worried noise might be an issue due to this having a popular rooftop lounge but was not an issue. We loved loved loved our stay. The entire staff was exemplary starting from Paola at front desk. There wasn’t an issue that wasn’t immediately handled with a smile. Great place to stay if you want to be in the middle of all the action.

The best thing about the Haven is it location, in the heart of the Poblado area, a great place to walk around with plenty of restaurants and bars. The hotel is pretty nice--my room was bit small but clean and comfortable. The rooftop bar is a fun place to hang out at night. The hotel staff is available round the clock and very helpful.

The location of the hotel is very convenient. It’s close to Provenza and lots of restaurants and shops. Staff are very friendly. The cleaning lady Diana Abreu was very nice and helpful.
