  • HOFFNUNG - See zu Hause am wunderschönen Upper Silver Lake mit Tonnen von Raum. Das Haus befindet sich direkt gegenüber dem privaten Zugang zum See. (Wir haben 2 andere
    Objekte in der Nähe 4846442 FAITH und 4844413 CHARITY) Es gibt eine Feuerstelle, einen Picknicktisch, und wenn Sie gern fischen, können Sie das auch! Sie füllen den See jedes Jahr.
    Das Seitendeck ist gut zum Grillen. Im Hinterhof gibt es eine Feuerstelle für nächtliche Lagerfeuer.
    Das Haus verfügt über alle Annehmlichkeiten, die Sie benötigen, einschließlich Klimaanlage. Eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner in voller Größe, ausreichend Parkplätze für Dünenbuggys und Anhänger.
    Die Lage ist großartig. Abgeschieden genug, um sich zu entspannen, aber nah genug am Geschehen, wenn Sie dazu bereit sind. Everything was clean and everything worked as it should if your planning a outing at silver lake you can get a 20 foot trailer and 4 vehicles in the driveway.

Great location. Love the upper deck and lake view. Large deck on the side of the house and big backyard with firepit. Very quiet and friendly neighborhood. Csn walk for miles along alll the streets that wrap around the lake. Plenty of room with large family areas on both floors. Nice small beach area in section H area. Check the upper silver lake map to find it. Had some minor issues during our stay, but the host was very proactive and got them addressed quickly. The host's customer service was beyond excellent!

Overall this was a very nice place to stay. The house was very roomy with plenty of bedding. We were nice and close to the event we were attending. I would stay here again. The only thing I would recommend is that you have instructions on how to work the only TV in the house. If it was there I may have missed it. We really didnt have time to relax much at the house since we were out and about most the time, but would be nice while we were at the house to have a TV to watch. Overall though the house was great and the owner was very pleasant to communicate with.

Nice Place!

Great place for a larger group of people. Super close to town, sand dunes, and beach. Owner was very responsive and kind enough to let us stay a few hours longer on our day of check out. We would stay here again.

Family get away

Very nice stay. Quiet neighborhood. Clean house. Just enough room for our family of 8 adults and 1 baby. Excellent view of the lake from the deck and nice backyard for a fire.

This was the perfect place for us over the July 4th holiday. The place was huge and had everything we needed. The kids really liked the large deck and easy lake access across the street. There were multiple fireworks displays we could see from the house. It was easy to get into town and to the dunes, yet away from the busy downtown.

Very clean and accommodating for our family trip to the dunes. Full bathrooms on both levels and a large kitchen was perfect! Beds were comfortable! Very quiet neighborhood. 😊

We were very comfortable and couldn't be happier about the location. Had access to the lake across the road and only a few minute drive to the Dunes! The host was extremely attentive. Everything was as advertised.

Great Again!

This is our 2nd year staying at this home. Tim is great with communicating and the house is great. Even after having some long term tenants stay, and they didn't leave the home so cleanly- he worked hard to get it into shape for us. We appreciate his deep cleaning. The upstairs porch is our favorite at this home as it is a great outdoor space to see the lake. Until next year!

Better than expected

**there was even a few bundles of firewood** Tim was very polite and prompt. The home was very clean. Check in and out we’re a breeze. The place is nice as well as the location. But the owner Tim. Has a proper sense of customer service. We didn’t speak much. Which I like it when the owners aren’t intrusive. But he was prompt when I did need something. I didn’t know it was included and we didn’t use them. But he even included a few bundles of firewood free of charge. Would definitely recommend

Excellent Stay with a Gorgeous View

Our stay at the HOPE house was great! There was plenty of room for my family of 4, in-laws and my parents. Since the rooms were split between the 2 levels, we were able to keep the kids downstairs for some quiet time so the adults could carry on their day upstairs. The closet area in the downstairs bedroom was perfect to set up my daughter's pack-n-play. The beds were comfortable as well as the pillows. Both bathrooms had adequate space, too. The kitchen had everything we needed to make our meals. We used the fire pit outside twice during our stay and it was a relief to see there were folding chairs we could use. We travelled from Texas and chairs weren't on our packing list! The view from the deck overlooks Upper Silver Lake and it was nice sitting out there in the mornings before the kids woke up. The location of the home itself was convenient to stay out of the busyness closer to Silver Lake. The neighborhood was pretty quiet. We were a bit worried about the weather since it had been hotter than normal but the house was very comfortable with the portable A/C units running occasionally. It happened to be over 100 degrees back home so we took advantage of the "cooler" weather for us. I grew up visiting Silver Lake with my family and hadn't stayed on Upper Silver Lake before. I will definitely look at this property for our future visits. Thank you, Tim!
