The main level boasts a soaring, wood beam ceiling and a great room containing a well-equipped, full kitchen with a breakfast bar, a large dining table for mealtimes or rainy day board games, and a living area with a sofa and a TV for streaming your favorite channels. Step outside onto the furnished deck and dine alfresco at the table and chairs, or head down to the covered patio complete with a gas grill and a shaded seating area. Back inside, make your way up to the furnished loft to watch TV or play some foosball.

Additional amenities include central air-conditioning and a private washer/dryer to help you stay on top of your laundry during your visit.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
