„The stay was fine; we rested comfortably. The attention of the cabin maintenance guy was excellent, but the attention from the office staff was not good. If the customer has a need, they should not worry about mobilizing the staff. We arrived for a peaceful rest, but we had a stressful time waiting for the Wi‑Fi signal to connect. „Sauberes, gut gepflegtes Hotel. Lage in Pineville und nach Charlotte, zur Autobahn ist super. Genau zwischen zwei Greenways gelegen. Für dieses Hotel ein exzellentes Frühstück. Pool und Sitzgelegenheiten draußen vorhanden.“

„Our room was clean and our beds were comfortable. (Nice to have hot water immediately in the bathroom, too.) Being located near two busy roads, the noise level was a little louder than other places where we've stayed; but, our sound machine came in handy and muffled the outside traffic. „empfehlenswertes Hotel, nettes Personal, geräumige Zimmer, gute Lage Verbesserungsfähig: klare Poolregeln“

„Leider war die Klimaanlage sowas von laut. Nicht auszuhalten. Dann der Spülkasten der Toilette dieser war mehrfach defekt. Wenn ich das nicht immer selber reparieren hätte können, hätten wir oft nicht mehr spülen können.“

„modern und stylish, gerne wieder, parken kostet 10,- “

„Staff is not really friendly and breakfast is pretty boring, every day exactly the same stuff plastic/paper cups, plates etc. for an European pretty low budget and a lot of waste“

„Gratis Parplatz. Hotel 10 Minuten Fußweg von Carowinds Park entfernt. Gutes Frühstück Buffet.“

„Alles bestens !“

„My disappoint was the quality of breakfast. Although the advertising was specifying hot breakfast, it was rather cold. Everything... Very little choices, the only 3 sorts of cereals available, outragedly sugary coated!! Otherwise the place was clean, so the room.“

„Sehr sauber und modern. Ausserdem überhaupt nicht ringhörig. Nahe am Flughafen. Insgesamt ein geniales Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis!“

„The front desk guy was nice and explained everything in a good manner. The beds were comfortable and very neat. The only thing I was surprised about was that I didn't see any body lotion. Also, I didn't like the fact that the soap wasn't in the bag as it usually is, it looked like it was used.“

„Alles perfekt,gute Lage,freundliches Personal. Saubere Zimmer ,gutes Frühstück. “

„Everything was great!!! Nice new“
