The neighborhood is very peaceful and spacious, full of forest trees. It is a perfect and safe place just two minutes from the highway.

Just by car or uber.

The tv’s are smart TV’s, does NOT have a cable box.
HOUSE RULES:

- No parties, unregistered guests, or illegal substances are allowed. Breaking this rule will result in a $500 fee.
- No smoking inside the house. A $500 fee will be charged for smoking on the premises.
- Please respect check-in and check-out times. An extra fee of $80 will be charged if you stay longer than 30 minutes.
- Pet rules: Register your pets and keep them off beds and couches. Dispose of pet hair in the outside dumpster. A cleaning fee of $200 will be charged if pet hair is found on beds, pillows, or sofas. Take your pet outside and clean up after them.
- Clean the kitchen, refrigerator, and dishes before leaving to avoid a $50 fee. Place all trash in the outside dumpster. Used towels should be left in the laundry basket or in the laundry room.
