Important Property Information

This is a two-level cabin, but only the main-level guest quarters (1,745 square feet) are accessible to guests. The upper level and garage are locked and reserved for homeowner use. The upper level remains unoccupied during guest stays, and your reservation includes exclusive use of the property. No other guests or residents will be present during your stay.



Payette Lake Access

The cabin is located across the street from Payette Lake and is not directly on the waterfront. Three private sandy beach access points are available to guests through the Payette Lake Cottage Sites Owners Association, all within a 1–5-minute walk. Maps showing the beach locations are provided in the cabin.



Private docks are located at the beach access points but are not available for guest use. Guests may beach boats or jet skis on the sand but may not use the docks.
