Evergreen Cottage is the perfect mountain basecamp for your McCall adventures! LOCATION! Less than 2 miles from downtown dining + shopping and 11 miles to Brundage powder. This 3BR/2BA home with pine views is ideal for families + entertaining with a spacious + bright open floor plan, expansive deck, fully-appointed kitchen, pellet stove, and tons of entertainment options, including a pool table, cornhole, XBox, and large board game/library selection.


At Bespoke Properties, our priority is focusing on the little details to make sure you have the most relaxing and comfortable stay possible. We're LOCAL and here when you need us!

Upon booking you'll receive a custom Digital Guidebook with our favorite local recommendations and house manual, as well as access to concierge add-ons for purchase in our Marketplace like transportation arrangement, mid-stay cleans, grocery delivery, dog walking, and itinerary planning. We want your visit to be completely carefree!

All of our properties use self check-in; door code sent three days prior to arrival.

Fantastic LOCATION--You'll be in the heart of the all-season recreation, dining, and shopping that McCall, Idaho has to offer! The home is within easy walking/biking distance of the endless miles of hiking, biking, and Nordic ski trails of Ponderosa State Park, McCall's 27-hole Golf Course, Payette Lake, and Gold Glove Park which has baseball fields and a playground. While the property is surrounded by trees and you'll feel immersed in nature, you're less than two miles from the restaurants, breweries, grocery stores, and shopping of downtown McCall. With a short drive you can be at either Tamarack Ski Resort or Brundage Mountain Resort, as well as numerous other local activities such as horseback riding, ziplining, white water rafting, hot springs, and more. A true all-season destination!

You'll have the entire home to yourself except for the garage, two main room Owner Closets, and multiple locked Owner Cupboards (don't worry, there's still plenty of storage space!). The home has a smart lock for self-check-in. Full unit comes with fully-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, laundry room, entryway mudroom, covered front patio with seating, and a spacious deck with patio furniture and BBQ grill.

Evergreen Cottage is ideal for families and remote workers, with plenty of entertainment options and a dedicated workspace--you'll love it as your homebase for exploring McCall and the surrounding area. Just minutes from downtown, Payette Lake, Ponderosa State Park, and McCall Golf Course, the location is fantastic for McCall's Winter Carnival and other year-round activities! Located between two of Idaho's best ski resorts, you can easily drive to both Tamarack Ski Resort and Brundage Mountain, and will be in close proximity to the Activity Barn tubing hill and even more groomed Nordic/snowshoeing trails at Ponderosa State Park and Jug Mountain. Maximum occupancy is 6 people.

Anchored by an exceptionally large center island, the bright and airy common space features a fully-stocked kitchen, pool table (guest favorite!), Keurig and wet bar, and comfy living room with a pellet stove and 75" HDTV. There's also an Xbox for your enjoyment, as well as a great game and book selection. The open concept space is ideal for entertaining and spending time together with friends and family.

BEDROOMS
The primary bedroom is incredibly spacious and has two large closets with shelving; it also has an ensuite bathroom with a soaker tub and walk-in shower. There are two guest bedrooms, one with a cozy king-sized bed and the other with a comfy queen. All bedrooms have their own smart TVs.

DEDICATED WORKSPACE
The primary bedroom features a desk, two monitors, and a keyboard for those who need to work while traveling.

OUTDOOR LIVING
Sip your morning coffee on the covered patio or have a cold one on the large deck while listening to your outdoor surround sound. Again--location, location, location! Located in a peaceful neighborhood, Evergreen Cottage is the perfect hub for enjoying the quiet life, yet still being close to McCall and all the action!

RECOMMENDATIONS:
*If you're flying into Boise International Airport, we recommend renting a vehicle directly from the airport.

*It's possible to get an Uber from Boise/BOI to McCall, although it's not necessarily a reliable mode of travel; depending on your arrival time and season, you may have difficulty finding a driver who will accept your ride. Uber is not currently accepting advance reservations for trips to McCall from Boise; on-demand rides will be your only option.

*If you're traveling in winter or you plan to enjoy the many off-roading adventures available in Valley County, we HIGHLY recommend a 4WD vehicle.

We have a VERY short summer season in our beautiful mountain town, which unfortunately means a very compressed window for home and road construction. While we try to update listings to reflect neighboring construction, we don't always have notice to keep guests informed prior to booking. If you're booking during the warm weather months and with all of the new building happening in Valley County, it's safe to assume there may be some type of construction work happening nearby your property--while we know it's a huge inconvenience and definitely impacts the tranquility of your getaway, we unfortunately have no control over neighboring construction and are unable to provide refunds due to construction sites or construction noise on neighboring properties. Please always reach out with questions, parking concerns, or quiet hour complaints!

Cozy, clean home in perfect location

I still enjoyed my stay in this cozy home on Evergreen. The location is ideal. Close to town, but also nestled in trees and near the golf course where you can enjoy the nature. The home is so clean in the kitchen is very well stocked I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and highly recommend it!

Great house for our trip

Loved the location of this house being so close to town yet just far enough away that the area didn’t feel crowded. Huge open great room made for a great space to relax after a day at brundage. I’d definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a place to stay.
