A beautiful house on Chautauqua Lake with an amazing dock comes with our Lake Life Luxury Home.

Our 4 bedroom 3 bathroom main house has been fully renovated in 2023 providing guests with a luxury lake front home. Three spacious bedrooms each include queen size beds with one bedroom having a twin trundle bed as well. Two full bathrooms can be found directly across from these bedrooms. The primary bedroom includes a king side bed, lake view through a large sliding glass door that provide deck access, a desk for remote work options, and a private full bathroom. The great room has amazing lake views and an open concept layout to a full kitchen with island and dining room. The laundry room is spacious and allows you to leave your vacation with a suitcase full of clean clothes. The house has central air - but if you enjoy the lake breeze - all doors and windows are encouraged to be left open.



An added bonus space is the finished upper garage - a detached room with a loft space - perfect for hanging out with friends, playing skee-ball or board games all night.

The outdoor space has a grand deck with a grill and patio furniture. There is a swing set for the kids and a fire pit for families to roast s'mores! A paddle boat and three kayaks are available for guests to explore the lake. The dock is a perfect place to dock your own or rented boat. Fishing from our dock is highly encouraged.

In the the winter stay at this cozy home to ice fish, utilize amazing snow mobile trails, or hit the ski slopes at Peek n' Peak. Return to a warm home with a great fire place and view of the lake!

Guests will have the entire house to themselves.
