„The staff at Bernese Resort was very friendly and promptly attended to our needs. Staff were cleaning all the time , they’ve been there since place started operation.The kitchen staff were so nice , even served us our favorite breakfast on our last day.My only complaint is there’s no place for us to put our bathroom supplies but overall I will recommend the resort.“

„Friendly and welcoming staff. The location is perfect for viewing the mayon volcano. The roof top was perfect if you want to relax at night to view the mayon. They have a hammock. For the price, it's a good place to relax after exploring nearby pattractions. Walking distance to Cagsawa ruins. The only discomfort is, it's not sound proof and since along the national highway, you'll hear the loud noise of cars passing by. But will come back again , given the chance.“

„Es war eher eine private Unterkunft. Es gibt nur 6 Zimmer und die Lage ist sehr gut. Ruhig und zentral. Das Zimmer ist zwar klein aber der Blick zum Vulkan Mayon war atemberaubend.“

„Bei der Ankunft war leider keinerlei Personal zugegen; stattdessen ein Zettel an der Tür mit einer philippinischen Handynummer. Dort ging nur leider wiederholt niemand dran. Wir schrieben also zusätzlich noch eine SMS und warteten in einem Café nebenan, das sehr zu empfehlen ist. Nach 1,5 Stunden Wartezeit kam dann tatsächlich die Hotelbesitzerin. Die Zimmer an sich sind in Ordnung und ganz nett gemacht. Alles in allem ok...“

„Small hotel and certainly not the worst one but a few things definitely need improvement. There was no hot water, we complained the first night and should be fixed next day - it wasnt. Second night we complained again and then it was fixed for the sink only, not the shower and it worked only for a few hours. Last 3 days we just accepted the colder water. The wifi in my room never really worked (signal too weak, had to go outside). The staff did not know or want to answer what restaurants were ...

„Das Hotel wirkt auf den Bildern sehr neu und modern. Und ist vermutlich auch noch gar nicht so alt, dafür aber schon sehr abgenutzt. Das Schlimmste war allerdings der Geruch: In der Lobby roch es bei unserer Ankunft nach Urin und auf den Gängen sowie im Zimmer hing ein sehr penetranter, fauliger Abflussgeruch in der Luft. Das mag zum Teil dem starken Regen an diesem Tag geschuldet gewesen sein, war aber wirklich widerlich. Unser Zimmer mit King-Bett war winzig und total verbaut - man konnte kaum ...
