Beautiful view from pool, though smaller pool than expected. There werent many guests at time so wasnt crowded. Room was very spacious. The service in restaurant and bar was lacking, very very slow - bar didnt open till 7pm and took 30 mins for a drink. And bar was out of vodka.

Nicest hotel in Flores
Maybe the nicest hotel on Flores that I could see. Beautiful pool and nice facilities. Wish we had more time there. Restaurant wasn't great.

Great food and staff. Comfortable and clean!
Incredible food in the restaurant and very friendly and helpful staff. The ‘beach’ is not really a beach but it is seafront and a nice pool. Huge bathroom and bedroom - very comfortable and clean.

First time to stay because has direct to beach and so beautiful even I booked a lowest room but the staff are friendly. Include pick up from airport but have to email first to property. Meals so awesome. Easy to go somewhere and they provide bycicle to rent

Clean hotel with small pool but the worst restaurant service possible. You place an order and wait 30 minutes to find out the item is not available. Next the staff disappear so you cannot reorder. Food takes a very long time to arrive. Nobody comes to clear the dirty dishes or ask if you need anything else.

Cannot recommend, especially for the price. We stayed one night at the end of a scuba diving adventure. Rooms are basic and clean, but seemed a tad on the minimum side: partial box of tissues, no wash clothes, and wasn't entirely sure the bath towels were all fresh. Restaurant was "sold out" of so many choices (on a Monday evening) that the menu seemed like a joke. Staff seemed a bit disorganized and we seemed to even have language challenges ordering bottled water. It took us 2 hrs for dinner, and we did not order anything fancy. Also, the food came out as cooked, so we had to eat as each person was served or the first person's meal would have been cold by the time the last person got their order (there were 5 of us). For the cost, we expected better. Leaving this feedback as we think others should be aware. The resort did not seem full while we were there.

Big comfortable beds
Hotel overlooks the water and the rooftop bar is nice. The menu is somewhat limited due to the unavailability of items but what we did have was nice. Rooms are large and beds are very comfortable. They are expanding and the works going on are very noisy. Free shuttle to the airport is good.

Nice hotel resort close to the sea.
Not every room has a view to the sea. But it's a nice room and the food is OK. O ly they should make the restaurant a non-smoking place.

Hotel capa adalah hotel kecil di tepi pantai. Cukup bersih tapi pelayanannya tdk sebanding dgn harga yg kita bayar. Tidak banyak tamu dan sarapannya sangat buruk.

Capa Maumere, un hôtel de luxe au bout du monde
Heureusement, il y a plus d'un an ouvrait le Capa Maumere, meilleur solution d'hébergement sur Maumere. Après une semaine à traverser l'île de Florès en scooter 150cc, un hôtel bienvenu. Je me rappellerai toujours, les derniers kilomètres dans Maumere, une ville pas top et enfin on arrive au Capa Maumere, nous n'en ressortirons pas, à part pour rallier l'aéroport ! Piscine avec vue sur la mer, restauration correcte. Chambres spacieuses, avec vue sur la mer. Le top dans la région. Super.

Decent place in Maurmere
The hotel is comfortable and the pool was relaxing. It had a nice view of the ocean. The front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. They were a pleasure! The other staff seemed new so were confused by some of our requests. Also, this is no fault of the staff or hotel's, but there were virtually no other guests at the hotel, so it seemed almost empty.

Will be a great hotel when construction is finishe
This hotel will be absolutely beautiful, but note that it's not quite complete yet. Turns out I was the first guest ever to stay there, so the staff were very accommodating and welcoming. However, some nice things like the rooftop area are still missing, and the staff are still sorting out their systems and processes. All in all, it will be a great place, but don't expect something flawless yet.
