„The convenience of this property was paramount. Shopping of all kinds was minutes away. We did not stay during summer months, but this home is literally 5 minutes from a water slide park. The view from the dock was lovely, the house was clean, and neighborhood was quiet. The two bedrooms feel like one large bedroom without much extra space behind the beds, but it suited our needs just fine. We were return.“

„Wir sind am späten Nachmittag angereist und waren absolut nicht begeistert. Nach einer fürchterlichen Nacht sind wir am nächsten Morgen um 7 Uhr aus der desolaten "Shabby-Chic-Unterkunft" geflüchtet und hatten das große Glück, in einem Hotel in Plymouth unterzukommen. Der Internetauftritt erweckt den Eindruck eines hochwertigen Bootshauses mit entsprechendem Interieur. Es war aber shabby und gar nicht chic. Wir hatten Probleme mit dem Backofen, die aber durch unseren Vermieter sehr schnell gelöst wurden. Insgesamt eine perfekte Unterkunft in einer sehr schönen Umgebung mit einem sehr hilfsbereiten Vermieter. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus weiterempfehlen.“

„The location was great, an easy walk to the harbor and bike ride to the beach, and convenient to in-town shopping, restaurants and Woods ice cream by car. The outdoor shower was wonderful! It was a stormy and humid.week and we spent a lot of time indoors. It was a nice little cottage, but would have been much nicer if it were cleaner…we cleaned the screens of dust and cobwebs which made a difference in airflow. „Quaint, clean house. Beautiful backyard that has a nice flat section for sitting and then slopes down to the lake. It was wonderful to have kayaks for afternoon jaunts on the lake after a morning of walking at the Mashpee Town Beach- which is connected to the South Cape Beach State Park. Drawbacks are 1) the property manager never got back to us with a solution to an issue. 2) the neighbor's house is very close and they have a TV on their porch which ruins a quiet evening on the renter's porch.“

„We have family that have a home 1 block away so utilized this space to sleep and to escape to when my social battery drained. :). This place was perfect. (And May have the biggest TV I have seen in real life…). Lydia was very responsive and communicative. No issues with check out or check in and even left the lights on for our 9 PM arrival.“

„This little cottage was perfect for my wife and I. We started coming to the Cape in the Fall because the Summers are too crowded for us there. This cottage was nearly perfect for our stay. It is nestled in a small loop off of the road where there are a few cottages. Not bad in October but probably more bustling in the Summer.
