The property was exactly as described and spotless. I didn't feel that the yard was usable. There was a tenant living downstairs (who was very nice to us) but we felt that the yard was hers and did not want to intrude. „This little cottage was perfect for my wife and I. We started coming to the Cape in the Fall because the Summers are too crowded for us there. This cottage was nearly perfect for our stay. It is nestled in a small loop off of the road where there are a few cottages. Not bad in October but probably more bustling in the Summer.
