"Really really bad. Dirty, expensive, poorly maintained and had hardly any sleep due to kids screaming and playing knock a door run until 11pm. Wouldn't recommend - we travel theme parks around the world and stay in on site accommodation regularly. This was by far the worst."

"In meinem Zimmer war ein neues Bad, aber der Rest des Hotel war doch sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Was an sich nicht schlimm ist, wenn es dann sauber und gepflegt ist. In meinem Flur roch es sehr unangenehm. Das Frühstück war ok aber nicht jetzt keine tolle Qualität oder besonders lecker. Eine Kollegin ..."

"The hostess at this property was so helpful and accommodating. It is located in a very beautiful area not too far from town. There is ample parking. Originally, we had a minor issue with our room. I reported it to the hostess. She graciously upgraded our room to a better one at no additional charge. ..."

They arent kidding about the steep drive
"The road up is definitely steep. And hard to park. But its a great location. Close to the cable cars. The house is kind of oddly decorated but was clean and loved the view from the table outside in the morning."

"Agree with other reviews regarding the description. Though of a reasonable standard it is not acceptable to describe the room as superior, with curtains hanging off the rails. Communication was also lacking with no code given to the entrance out of hours and nobody on reception when checking out. ..."

"We booked 5 apartments for 5 couples and no one found a fault. Yes, the rooms at the front were a little noisy but overall we had a great time and were thrilled with value for money.
