Leider geht das gar nicht
Es gibt nicht viel was man dazu sagen oder schreiben kann. Das Hotel kann man nicht empfehlen. Das es einfach ist, das wäre ja noch ok. Aber sauber sollte es wenigstens sein und das ist im ganzen Haus leider so überhaupt nicht gegeben. Man kann das Blatt drehen und wenden wie man möchte, aber ich kann niemandem dieses Hotel empfehlen.

Booked this hotel for the pool but found out it was out of service when we checked in. Room was not very clean and it was just very rundown, mold all around bathroom, peeling wallparer, carpets black where it was meant to be cream color. Even our children made comments about the condition. We only spent 1 night and we didn’t let it ruin our stay in the area but I would not stay there again.

Not the best place to stay
The stay was ok. Had some issues with the front desk staff prior to entering hotel which wasn’t helpful. Air conditioning in room didn’t help as adjusting was an issue and only minus really was getting injured in bathtub as the mat for tub was very slippery and I injured my leg. Other things advertised that wasn’t what it said it was . Maybe stay maybe not again

Everything was lovely checking in. Restaurants and shopping close and convenient. Traveling with our pet Cavalier we secured and paid for the Pet Friendly Room ahead of time only to be told there was an additional $30 charge for our pet on top of what Expedia charged. Disappointing and wondering what the point or advantage is to using Expedia if the hotel will up charge one upon arrival?

The pool was closed for repairs. I was offered the option to use the pool in the hotel next door. Not really an option when it is cold outside. I sat on the couch and felt a pain in my butt and it was a vape pen. Breakfast was okay although when I emptied my garbage the thing door that swings to keep the garbage covered was very sticky. I have been here before and things were much better. I hope this place turns itself around.

Okay for the price!
The lobby was clean and updated. The room was dated and had signs of wear and tear. The bed was clean and comfortable. The bar and breakfast was good. Plenty of parking, close to stores, places to eat, and the highway. It was quiet. I paid less than $100 a night so it was fine for the price. I would not stay there if the price was more-then it would be overpriced and there are other hotel options in the area.

Our room was neat and clean and I especially enjoyed the availability of the fitness room and the swimming pool. The morning breakfast which was provided to guests was an additional convenient feature which allowed me to have breakfast without having to drive to a restaurant.

We got to the hotel about 4 p.m., and my wife wanted to take a shower. No hot water. She called downstairs and was told the hotel boiler wasn't on. They did turn it on and she got to take a shower -- but not before noticing that the toilet was filthy. I needed to log into a computer to print something. There were two computers, but only one worked -- and that one had a sign saying you couldn't print off it. The very nice young lady behind the desk said it would print -- but it didn't. She let me use the computer/printer behind the desk. The staff gets a "A" -- but the facility gets a "D."
