„This is an affordable, basic accommodation near the public pier that met all my family's needs. Manager was on site and quick to respond. Room is spacious with microwave, mini fridge, single serve coffee maker, electric skillet and griddle. Queen beds were comfortable and the air conditioning kept us cool. „Clean and spacious but the AC/Heater is much less than adequate. It is only 50° outside but the heater cannot keep up. There were no extra blankets or linens for the futon and only two bath towels and two hand towels for 5 people. Also would recommend a closet with a bar for hanging clothes hangers. “

The only negative thing I have to say is that I didn't look closely at the bunkbeds -- they have a weight limit of 160 pounds. I have a big teenager who didn't fit on the bunks. „The property was just enough space for my family of 4 + our puppy. It’s 4 minutes or less from everything. (Beach, Walmart, great food) We had an issue with wifi and the property manager resolved it in timely manner. Overall the stay was great and we can’t wait to book again.“

„Very clean, kitchen was supplied to cook a meal, if you want to. Good supply of bath towels. Fridge was nice and clean. Living room was comfy as well as the bed. Close to the shops and fishing pier. The beach was about a 5 minute drive. Not many restaurants to choose from in Rockport so I would advise to take some snacks or there is an HEB to shop. Just bring your own laundry soap if you wanna do a load of laundry. They work well and we’re clean as well. Definitely staying here again. “
