„It's definitely showing some wear and tear, but the whole property, and our room were both exceptionally clean, and the A/C worked great, kept the room cool and dry - I loved that there was no carpet in the room. Breakfast was more extensvie than expected for the price, although the reconstituted eggs didn't do it for us, they had sausage, a waffle machine, yogurt, cereal and fruit, a nice surprise at this price point. It's an excellent value in Bay City, esp for an overnight with two dogs“

„The hotel was new and clean and smelled good walking in! The room was spotless and quiet, I felt very comfortable during my stay. The breakfast and coffee area was clean and had great options. I have zero complaints, it was a great stay and highly recommend it. “
