The Space:

The Living Room and the Bedrooms

The main part of the villa houses a spacious and elegant living room, decorated with Italian antiques, comfortable sofas, and a dining table. The living room also provides access to the first double bedroom, which is equipped with a TV and an ensuite bathroom featuring a shower cabin.

Beyond the living room, there is access to another double bedroom, with a bathroom in the corridor equipped with a bathtub, and a third double bedroom, with an ensuite bathroom complete with a shower cabin. On the same floor, you'll find the spacious kitchen, which has access to the outdoor patio.

Leaving the kitchen at the back of the house, there is access to another bedroom with a French bed and an ensuite bathroom. A convenient spiral staircase leads to the upper floor, where guests can access a fifth attic bedroom, featuring a king-size bed, an ensuite bathroom, and a wonderful view of Capri. In the same area, there is a convenient laundry room.

All the bedroom windows are equipped with mosquito nets.

Swimming Pool:

A highlight of the outdoor area is the private swimming pool, measuring 2 meters by 9 meters, with a depth ranging from 1.20 meters to 2 meters. Perfect for cooling off on warm days or enjoying a refreshing swim while taking in the stunning surroundings.



Patio and Gardens:

The outdoors surrounding the property are furnished for lounging and dining, offering views over Capri. Mediterranean gardens filled with olive and lemon trees provide a tranquil space to unwind.
