Reception staff are very nice, cleaning lady too. Room “👎” without sockets, air conditioning we could not start despite the high temperature as it is very old and only cleans dust with grass smell, we reported that but no one reacted. The worst was night, because the hotel and all rooms are directly on the main street, you cannot sleep at night, especially when the door of the balcony is open because the hotel is in a mountain area, and most people drive motorbikes without end, you can hear the whole noise one to one as if you were sitting in a workshop.
what motivated me more to write this review and not just close my eyes is the behavior of the owner. on the first day we had normal breakfast with a few pieces of croiasant eggs and Italian grilled vegetables, the second day we had breakfast and took the same things again, as there is unfortunately not a large selection, and suddenly the owner came to us and told us unfortunately you cannot take these vegetables because they belong to lunch and not breakfast. Firstly, it was not professional and not clever behavior to say something like that, you can wait until the guests take it and then take the plates away from the counter, secondly they invented the shields to show something like that and say that they belonged to lunch, thirdly it was 09:30,30 minutes before the breakfast ends, that means for me as a guest everything that is in the buffet can be taken.
In summary this hotel never again and better stay away.
