The breakfast choice and selection was plentiful and staff went beyond to cater for our needs and made our stay enjoyable. Dinner at hotel was one of the best. Food was absolutely delicious. (e.g. Taking luggage to and from the room the staff insisted to leave it to them which was very nice service , room service to make up beds in the evening were fast and efficient, IT problems with TV quickly rectified, staff left plenty of water bottles when visiting the room without being asked). Clearly much investment/repair is underway. From what I understand, will be very nice! Particularly the new Valley View rooms which are under construction.
I don’t enjoy leaving net-negative reviews but I do think that, in the spirit of honest crowd-sourcing of information……
