Nestled in a conveniently located neighborhood, this spacious Marysville home is minutes away from Tulalip Resort and Casino, and the area's many restaurants, shops, and waterways. The vibrant city of Seattle is an additional 34.5 miles down the road.

As you enter the home, you will quickly take notice of the elegant furnishings and modern finishes adorning each room. The main living room boasts leather seating, a large smart TV, and even a wet bar complete with a mini fridge. Sure to delight any chef, the gourmet kitchen displays sweeping granite countertops, a full suite of stainless steel appliances, and a sizable breakfast bar. When your culinary creations are ready to be indulged, dine as a family under the formal dining table's chandelier.

Remote workers will appreciate the home's WFH set-up, and the kids will adore the murals featuring some of their favorite characters in their rooms. Perfect for larger family visits, the home is equipped with a second well-equipped kitchen and four equally sizable bedrooms. The bathrooms are just as impressive with their respective jetted tubs, walk-in showers, and large vanities. A separate laundry room and a gaming system tie together the interior amenities.

Outside, the fun continues as you fire up the gas grill and host a cookout for your loved ones. Your time outside can extend to bike rides around the neighborhood, soaking in the swim spa, and fireside chats in front of the firepit.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
