THE OUTDOOR SPACE
The backyard is the main character here. A large oval pool sits surrounded by mature Florida oaks, palms, and flowering bougainvillea, with a covered gazebo strung with café lights tucked at the back of the yard. Out front of the sunroom: a stone fire pit ringed by four Adirondack chairs and a stainless steel gas grill station (propane self-catered). The sunroom`s wraparound windows let you watch it all from inside, day or night.

BATHROOMS
2.5 bathrooms total. The primary bath features a double-sink vanity with granite countertop and a glass-enclosed walk-in shower finished in marble-look tile. The second full bath has a navy board-and-batten accent wall with floating wood shelves. A half bath serves the common areas.
