„Phantastisches Zimmer , sehr engagiertes Personal . Wunderbare Umgebung mit vielen Restaurants . Sehr Empfehlenswert.“

„Parking was a little sparse but the location and cleanliness was excellent.“

„Great place in a nice city“

„Top Hotel on a top Location, only a few minutes walk to the lower Broadway and Bridgestone Arena. Very clean and nice, friendly staff. We had one dinner in the Steakhouse Prime & Proper. The food and service were very good, but extremly overpriced, e.g. we had a 1 liter bottle of wine (Austin Hope) for 180$, we would have get the same wine for 80$ in the rooftop bar!“

„It was absolutely one of the best properties we ever stayed at, it has everything you need.“

„No free Wi-Fi AC in the room very loud Charged me an extra 30$ for my child even it was on the reservation already“

„No coffee and was told to charge the coffee to the room but still got charged for some of it. Had to ask for maid service for 2 days. Great room but otherwise this hotel is not worth it“

„Very clean space! Great location!“

„Great location!!!“

„Great hotel. If you are able to walk a bit to come to broadway it is perfect. Nice great rooms, very clean and quiet.“

„Beautiful hotel. The front desk staff was amazing. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed. The bathrooms are modern and clean. Our car got stuck in valet one morning because the valet staff went home. It took about 30 minutes to get our car after a new employee came in, and we arrived late to an event we were hosting on this work trip. Given that valet is the only option, it seems prudent to have a backup plan. The bar area was spacious, but the staff seemed eager to shut down each night.“
